To help us effectively promote your activity, please include as much information as possible, including the session or presentation title, abstract number, date and time, room or meeting location, conference hotel (if applicable), presenter names, and a brief description of the session or event.

Please provide your booth number (if assigned), a brief description of your organization’s products, services, or programs that will be featured at the conference. This information may be used in conference communications and promotional materials.
