Pediatric Nephrologists with expertise in acute care nephrology and/or who are directors of acute care nephrology programs would be paired for mentorship of Junior Faculty (or senior fellows) who are planning to be or who are new Acute Care Nephrology Directors at their institution.

This program connects division directors from different institutions. The goal is to provide mentoring for new division directors and those who are facing challenges or think they could benefit from additional support.

For all interested in Pediatric Nephrology, prioritizing trainees and junior faculty from historically excluded and underrepresented groups.

The Membership Education Committee serves to provide ongoing education for faculty, fellows, residents and students.  This includes monthly webinars on relevant pediatric nephrology topics, yearly board review course, and other educational initiatives.  Mentees would be given opportunities to participate in these activities to help develop their medical education skills.

Pairs all individuals, regardless of prior experience, interested in pursuing research with expert mentors in the field.

Senior Pediatric Nephrologists with expertise in transplantation would be paired for mentorship of Fellows or Junior Faculty who are planning to be or who are new Pediatric Kidney Transplant Program Directors at their institution.

This program offers the opportunity to connect mentee-mentor pairs in Pediatric Nephrology from different institutions to help with individualized career planning and mentorship needs unique to the mentee's goals. Early career faculty, residents interested in pediatric nephrology, and fellows are encouraged to participate and will be paired with mid-level/senior faculty with experience and expertise based on your goals from this mentorship experience.
