Banner Advertisement Purchase Form

• CLB Members: $400 per month
• Non-Members: $800 per month

• Banners will be displayed on the ASPN website's front page and post pages.
• Ads will rotate with other banners to provide balanced visibility throughout the month.
• Each banner will be displayed for one month, starting from the date of placement

• Website Banner Size*: 8.5 x 11 inches
• ASPN Go Mobile App Banner Size*: Required Size is 1032x360px
• File Format: JPEG, PNG, or GIF
• File Size: Maximum 5 MB
• Link: Each banner ad will include a hyperlink to the URL provided in the ad submission form

* Banner sizes must match the requested dimensions. Since banners will display smaller, ensure all content and text remain clear and readable.

• ASPN is not liable for the content of the banners or for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the advertisement.
• All ads are subject to review and must adhere to ASPN’s content guidelines and standards.

Content Requirements: Ads must be professional, relevant to pediatric nephrology, and aligned with ASPN's mission and values. ASPN reserves the right to reject any ad that does not meet these standards.
