The Class of 2025 graduated from the ASPN LDP in Honolulu on April 24, 2025.
Caitlin Clark (Rady/UC-SD), Olga Charnaya (Hopkins), Meredith Harris (Laurie/NW), Gaurav Kapur (CH Michigan/Wayne), Amy Kogan (CHOP/PA), Tahagod Mohamed (NCH/OSU), Yonique Petgrave (Dallas/UT-SW), Meredith Schuh (Cincy/UC), Sonia Solomon (Westchester/NYMC), Bernarda Viteri (CHOP/PA) and Laurel Willig (Children’s Mercy/UM-KC) completed their 12-month training in leadership skills, including successfully presenting their personal leadership development projects at their final session in Honolulu.
- In addition to their mentored projects, they completed their personal Leadership Practices Inventory, workshops on important skills and sessions on vital leadership methods such as business and strategic planning, leading teams and setting expectations and performance metrics.
- They also benefited from mentorship from the ASPN LDB Steering Committee (Joseph Flynn, Barbara Fivush, John Mahan, Vicky Norwood, Marva Moxey-Mims, David Hains, Christine Sethna, and Roshan George).
We expect to see these committed learners assume future leadership positions within ASPN, including committee chairs, Councilors and Officers of the Society, as well as succeeding in leadership opportunities in their home institutions.
The 8th LDP Cohort (Class of 2027) will convene in Spring 2026 – Look for RFA in Fall 2025.
